Aligned to boundary creates central recreational spaces complemented with form of Community & Convenience Centre. This integrated township will be GRIHA certified, one the first residential development in the region.

ADC scope involves providing façade treatment and end to end interiors design. Spaces consists of 75 personnel workstations, executive cabins, series of conferences on Ground floor and Lab samples & documents stores, training halls & canteen on First floor.
Client brief is to keep all interiors and exteriors elements elegant and as simple as possible.

Built over different time, existing industrial building required facelifting by leading Pharma Company. We prepared series of alternatives to enhance aesthetics, where
primary objective was to harmonize both facades, maintain character of industrial premises and minimal to nil internal changes.
Options proposed ranges from inserting just few elements on envelope to adding a new skin over existing one; with proportionate cost considerations.

Client: Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem
A multipurpose building for the pharma major, to double up current R & D and Admin capacity that matches future projections. Existing building to be replaced by state of art facility, to be occupied by 100 admin and same number of research personnel in 45000 sft of B+4 storied building.
Front zone consist of Admin & common areas like dinning & visitors’ spaces; other part houses sophisticated R & D labs, further subdivided into Analytical Development (ADL) and QA/QC Labs. These labs require specific services and Clean Room Classifications.
Rigorous exercise was undertaken for space synchronization of these interlayered functions, meet safety standards and operational efficiencies for utilities.
Context responsive building envelop adds elegance with sheer geometry and compliments use of the building. A double glass in north & East catches natural light whereas south fences services and heat gain, reduces energy consumptions. The end result is building that delights stakeholder.

3 Storied single building houses multiple functional areas e.g. Lab Testing Facility, SCADA Control Room, MCC Panel Room, Training Hall & Admin space for 30 personnels. Here nature of activities are varied yet building shall look singular & contemporary. Being EPC project, minimal contract change was permitted. Proposed few alternatives from glass to metal façade to combination of glass w/ cavity wall.
Stakeholder opted for balance of mass & glass, textured finished walls and well proportionated building.

Contextual Design that meets aims & objective of the Stakeholders; promoting round the year use for several purpose apart from Sports Event, like sports training, recreation, cultural & commercial proposition and a pleasant environment to be enjoyed by all age group.
A architecturally significant landmark for Durg which, in future, can be shown as an identity of the City. Total 1,20,000 sft of built-up area having seating capacity of 3500 spectators to be equipped to organize international sports and local cultural & economical events. Players arena, VIP lounge, commercial spaces, etc. integrated alongside stadium.

A competition project to design Arms & Ammunition Building, Training Centre and Accommodation for 300 occupants on 150,000 sqft of plot area within large campus of Gujarat Police HQ. Subdivided in 3 zones with maximum spatial separation based on functional discretion yet integrated as single organization. Balanced with built & green, contextual design that reflects image of firm, discipline & transparent public services.
