An office space accommodates 100+ personals in 20000 sft includes workstations, cabins for seniors, meeting rooms & a conference room, Training Centre.​

Reception & Lounge : A contemporary minimalist space with warm wood accents, muted gray tones, and open layouts that create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.​

Collaboration Area : Clean lines, subtle murals, and transparent partitions promote openness, comfort, and teamwork within a refined modern setting.​

Open Workspace : A modular and efficient workspace designed for productivity, visual clarity, and ergonomic comfort through balanced planning and neutral tones. Overall Design Philosophy is to create a sophisticated blend of functionality, simplicity, and understated elegance, creating a calm and cohesive corporate environment.​

Training Room : Designed with a clean and contemporary approach, the space encourages concentration, comfort, and effective learning. The minimalist palette and organized layout create a bright and distraction-free environment.​

Conference Room : A sophisticated collaboration space that blends modern aesthetics with practical functionality. Warm wood finishes, ergonomic seating, and integrated technology support seamless communication and productive meetings.​

Design approach was to create minimalist décor which consistent with corporate theme of the company. Overall planning was to make this place feel bright and big with landscape office.​

  • A transition space reimaged as breakout area and informal interactions.​
  • Restrained minimalist design language defines the space, where clean geometry, muted monochromatic tones, and seamless surfaces create a calm and highly professional environment. The interplay of linear detailing, concealed lighting, and rhythmic ceiling grids emphasizes precision, spatial clarity, and contemporary corporate sophistication.​

Typical Triple & Quad occupancy rooms interiors. Shared spacious accommodation with full fledged facility including pantry, modular furniture fitouts, neutral color combinations for workers from different geographical backgrounds and age-groups.
